Market data: rents and prices in Switzerland

What does housing cost, and where? Here are the current asking rents and prices from all active listings – by canton, town and number of rooms.

How we calculate the figures

We use all active listings for flats, studios and houses. We show the median (half of the listings are above, half below) because it is more robust against outliers than the average. Listings with price on request and those held back by our fraud protection are excluded. A group only appears from 5 listings. The trend compares with the daily snapshot from about three months ago.
