How immoz.ch works
- Providers create a listing and set which documents are required – such as a debt collection extract or payslips.
- Applicants create their dossier once and immoz.ch verifies the documents. They then apply in a few clicks and see beforehand whether they meet the requirements.
- Viewing, acceptance and a lease with electronic signature run through the platform – as do rent adjustments, the service charge statement, notice and the deposit.

The platform never charges a commission. You can publish 1 listing at a time for free; beyond that you pay per listing and month in price tiers. Looking for a replacement tenant is free. Prices are listed under List a property.
Is immoz.ch an estate agent?
Not the platform itself: contracts are concluded directly between providers and applicants. If you wish, you can engage the operator separately for brokerage – only with an express, separate agreement.
Can I sign the lease online?
Yes. The provider creates the lease directly from the application and both sides sign electronically. Afterwards, defects, rent adjustments to the reference rate, the service charge statement, notice and the deposit are handled on the platform.
How does immoz.ch protect against fraud?
Every listing is checked automatically for signs of fraud; a person reviews suspicious ones before they go live. Never pay anything before the viewing and the contract.
Where is my data?
The database and documents are stored on servers in Switzerland; other services involved are listed in the privacy policy. Documents are stored encrypted and only shared for your applications – in stages, depending on how far the process has got.
